RACELINE RADIO Network doubles the power in Edmonton

Burlington Ontario: RACELINE RADIO, Canada’s only nationally syndicated and Canada’s most popular motorsport radio program is thrilled and delighted to announce a doubling of the show’s reach in Edmonton Alberta, as affiliate The TEAM 1260 adds a second weekly airing of RACELINE to their program schedule.

In addition to RACELINE’S original time slot: Sunday nights at 11:06 PM Mountain time, The TEAM 1260 will also air a repeat of the program Thursday nights at 7:06 PM Mountain, commencing Thursday August 14th.

TEAM 1260 PD Bryn Griffiths announced this little gem on the air when I sat in with Bryn and Jake and the morning crew at the Edmonton Indy. What a fabulous surprise! Great News!” extolled RACELINE RADIO anchor/producer Erik Tomas.

“The TEAM 1260 is one of our many rock solid affiliates. They see the huge crowds again at the Indy, and it’s easily one of the premier events in the city, so they totally get the sport and the show! Adding this extra airing of RACELINE doubles our reach in a very important market for the fans and of course our national broadcast partners. Any time you increase the audience like this, it’s added value for them and more coverage demanded by the fans in the Edmonton market! This city loves racing and we’re proud to connect with them with a double-dose of RACELINE RADIO. Thanks boys!” Tomas added.

“We love the show and the sport so much, adding this extra airing of Raceline was the perfect solution when we had an open hour on Thursday nights. ET brings Edmonton race fans world-class coverage on RACELINE, and with The IRL Indy continuing as a major sporting event in Edmonton, it just made perfect sense to give the fans a second chance every week to hear it,” explained TEAM 1260 morning host and program director Bryn Griffiths.

Flagshipped out of AM 900 CHML Hamilton, RACELINE RADIO is heard across Canada, twice a week in Edmonton, in addition to Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Montreal, Fredericton, Windsor, Cornwall, Kitchener, Sarnia, Sudbury, Niagara Falls, Peterborough, Truro, New Maryland, Oromocto, Charlottetown and now Kamloops.

A consistent winner of major international broadcast journalism awards, RACELINE RADIO’S broadcast partners include: Subaru Canada, Texaco-Havoline, Tissot Swiss Watches, Inside Track Motorsport News and Office Depot Canada.
