This photo gallery is from the Atlantic Dodge Dealers 300 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series race, which took place on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008 at Riverside International Speedway, just outside of Antigonish, Nova Scotia.

Five-time Canadian National stock car champ Don Thomson Jr. won the race (the 12th of 13 on the 2008 NCATS sked) after a late-race tangle involving race leaders Andrew Ranger and Peter Gibbons. At the finish, Thomson came home in front of his Fitzpatrick Motorsports teammate J.R. Fitzpatrick and Ron Beauchamp Jr.

The 2008 NCATS season wraps up this coming weekend at Kawartha Speedway.
