BRIGHTON: Lots more to come this season

Brighton Speedway introduced its first ever Fan Reward Program in 2008 and its success is about to be celebrated with the two big draws for Brighton’s most valued fans.  After settling the hiccups of technology in the beginning of the season, all systems went go and adult fans that completed a registration form and enrolled in the Fan Club, had their chances to try and win random draws throughout the season.

The Grand Prize is being drawn as part of the Benson Autoparts 358 Dirt Modified Applefest Shootout Presented by Imagefactor.ca event.  Each and every registered adult fan of the pedal to the metal, dirt flying, gear grinding racin’ on dirt action has the chance to win two tickets, from Have Bus Will Travel Transportainment,  to the World of Outlaws finals being held at The Dirt Track at Lowes Motor Speedway in Charlotte, North Carolina, Wednesday, Oct. 29  to Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008.  Sponsored by Adecco, Trenton, Subway, Trenton & Campbellford, Custom Carts, Trenton, Brighton Auto Repair, National Car Rental and Have Bus Will Travel, the package includes 4 nights accommodation with 3 hot breakfasts, 3 day tickets & Pit Passes to the World of Outlaws, World Finals, and as many of the daytime extras that can be jam packed into the adventure.  The lucky fan will be announced, and if present introduced to the crowd, on Saturday September 27th.

No one wants to miss one more chance to enter the draw, or to hear their name announced as the winner of the draw for a GPS Unit, when racing resumes on September 20th.  Sponsored by HINO Trucks, Ottawa & Kingston, Hubert Kerr Construction presents the Ontario Dirt Late Models as well as the Rain Delayed Eastern Overhead Doors Super Feature Night.  Double Points and extended lengths for the four regular classes, including the Danny Reid Memorial 50 Lap Canadian Modified Race will round out an action packed schedule.  Green Flag flies at 7:00pm.  Admission prices and more details can be found at www.brightonspeedway.com.

Be sure to mark your calendars for the Brighton Speedway APPLEFEST WEEKEND on Friday & Saturday September 26/27th.  Featuring the Lucas Oil DIRT Sportsman Challenge plus the DTD Sportsman All Star Race, the IMCA Modifieds versus the Canadian Modifieds, the Leon's Trenton School Bus Races, as well as the regular classes throughout the schedule.  Free Camping Available!
