FRASERVILLE, ON - The 2008 racing season at Kawartha Speedway kicks-off Friday, May 30th and just being there to watch the opening night green flag fall could see you checking-out the NASCAR Canada Day at Michigan International Speedway, August 15th to 17th.
Again this year, Kawartha has teamed-up with Have Bus Will Travel to award a deluxe package worth $600.00 to MIS for the 3M Performance 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup race and the Carfax 250 NASCAR Nationwide Series event. The winner's package also includes Have Bus Will Travel's unique brand of 'transportainment' - with 2 nights' accommodation, breakfast, a pit road pass and access to the NASCAR Canada hospitality tent at MIS.
To enter, just fill-out a ballot at the Have Bus Will Travel display at Kawartha's season opener - Friday, May 30th. To wrap-up the 2008 season, Kawartha Speedway will again host the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series finale – the Dodge Charger 250. Have Bus Will Travel will be back at the track and will hold a draw to award a NASCAR race tour gift certificate worth $625.00 for a trip to the Sprint Cup/Nationwide Cup event of the winner's choice.
